Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts at the time of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.

  • The return request must be approved by our support team before shipping the product back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or you received an incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Do not use the product.

  2. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  4. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Chidanand will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns not caused by our error (where accepted), return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
